Chris Kelly

Chris Kelly is an experienced male model, strength coach, and creator of ModelFit.

As a Model, Chris’s has worked with notable clients such as Exercise for Men, Esquire, Abercrombie, AOL, Verizon, Dillard’s, and Beall’s along with hundreds of photographers, agents and casting directors. Chris has over 10 years of experience in fitness, and holds fitness certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Chris is also certified in Sports Nutrition with the International Society of Sports Nutrition and a Holistic Health Counselor through the American Association of Drug-less Practitioners. Chris has also written extensively on fitness, healthcare, and modeling in numerous publications including Exercise for Men, Prevention, Health, and The Boston Globe.

A foreword from creator Chris Kelly:

Since my first modeling job at the age of 18, I have always equated modeling to the quest for physical improvement. In my work with models and actors along with my own training, I continue to be amazed by the potential for dramatic change with the addition of proper training and nutrition.

The ModelFit approach to training has been derived from my personal experience first as an athlete and later a male model and slave to my business (averaging around 80-90 hours of work per week). While markedly different, this variety of roles (and overlap) stresses the need for a body which is attractive, able to perform and maintained with minimal time.

While many fat-loss programs incorporate interval training and plenty of sweat, where most training fall short is achieving a personalized approach to address the unique needs of your body.

Rather than a series of random intervals and exercises thrown together, each ModelFit workout program is created to deliver an approach personalized to fit your goal. ModelFit challenges each client to set definitive performance goals and improve the ability to improve posture, run faster, jump higher and perform better on a daily basis.
