- 8 push-ups, 8 broad jumps, 8 band pull aparts
- 7 push-ups, 7 broad jumps, 7 band pull aparts
- 6 push-ups, 6 broad jumps, 6 band pull aparts
- 5 push-ups, 5 broad jumps, 5 band pull aparts
- 4 push-ups, 4 broad jumps, 4 band pull aparts
- 3 push-ups, 3 broad jumps, 3 band pull aparts
